Datuk Mohd Nasir Ali

Datuk Mohd Nasir Ali started his career with Permodalan Nasional Bhd as a Senior Financial and Marketing Analyst prior to joining BBMB Unit Trust Management Bhd as an Investment Manager in 1988. Datuk Nasir joined Mayban Securities Sdn Bhd as General Manager of Dealing & Research Department. Following that, he was appointed as the CEO of Kuala Lumpur City Securities Sdn Bhd. Prior to his retirement, he served as a Group Executive Director of Utusan Melayu (Malaysia) Bhd.
Datuk Nor Azri

Datuk Nor Azri has been a member of the Board of Directors of Johor Corporation since March 8, 2020. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Business Management) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridgem, Massachusetts, USA. He has also been the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Damansara Holdings Berhad since November 9, 2021. Datuk Nor Azri currently servers on Jcorp’s Board Sustainability Committee.

Rozaini Mohd Sani

Rozaini Mohd Sani, currently serving as the Senior Chief Financial Officer at JCorp’s Group Finance Division, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) with Merit degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. His role has been instrumental in steering financial strategies and ensuring robust fiscal management. Rozaini has held significant positions prior to his role at JCorp, including Senior Director at KZ Management Advisory and Chief Operating Officer at E.A Technique (M) Berhad. Rozaini Mohd Sani’s academic background and diverse professional experience contribute significantly to JCorp’s financial success and operational excellence within the Group Finance Division.
