Chief Operating Officer
Zamri Yusof provides strategic leadership in the planning, development and management of asset and service operations as JLG’s Chief Operations Officer to ensure the success of JLG’s international portfolio. With a mission to raise the industry’s standard of excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences, he oversees all aspects of supply chain operations and implements best practices across JLG’s suite of projects and services.
With almost 20 years of management experience, Zamri’s focus on operational excellence enables JLG to withstand the fast-changing business environment and transform effectively. He believes business strategy and equitable value creation begins with investing in innovation and meaningful growth.
Board Member, JLG
Mahadhir Aziz serves as Board Member of JLG, being a prominent veteran of visionary and strategic national initiatives. He is a strong advocate for digital transformation and social digital inclusion and often shares his insights and thoughts on digital economy at various speaking engagements and events including the Smart City Expo World Congress, UN Habitat World Urban Forum and Mobile World Congress.
He spent the past 20 years developing and leading strategies and initiatives such as the Cyberjaya Global Tech Hub, the National Regulatory Sandbox (which later gave birth to the NTIS of today), and the Malaysia Digital (MD) national initiative that succeeds the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Malaysia – giving it a refresh in many critical areas. Mahadhir also serves as a member of the board of Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) and state digital economy councils.
Mahadhir is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), a keynote speaker, and someone who enjoys sports.

Khairuddin Jaflus serves as Board Member of JLG, with 40 years of experience in executive and top-tier management roles in the Malaysian commercial banking, securities, risk management and the federal banking industry. With profound executive experience in banking and a consistent record of improving profitability and transformation, he has led successful operational and process efficiency improvements in complex organisational structures.
Khairuddin’s banking career began at Bank Negara Malaysia, followed by executive director appointments in various securities and fund management companies. He was the Vice President and Head of Group Risk Management at Bank Pembangunan Malaysia before becoming COO of RHB Islamic Bank. He remained in RHB Bank Group, leading a progressive role as Executive Vice President in Group Procurement, Core Banking Solutions and as Head of Transformation Groupwide. Khairuddin’s experience in leading banking and corporate strategy portfolios, coupled with a strong foundation in management and governance equips him to build a shared vision for organisational growth, strong foundational success and sustainable profits for JLG’s future.
Khairuddin earned his Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from University Malaya.
Board Member, JLG
Dato’ Tunku Putra Badlishah serves as Board Member of JLG, bringing with him an extensive multi-industry executive, management and board directorship portfolio. His experience exceeds 30 years in property development, investments, advertising, automotive, hospitality and healthcare. Having generated over RM1 billion amidst the 2008 Asian Financial Crisis, JLG stands to benefit from his ability to lead confidently in both times of challenges and times of exciting growth to produce tanglible results.
He received recognition as an award-winning executive in the property marketplace, having built the Idea House, the first carbon neutral residence in Southeast Asia, securing the first ever Platinum Green Mark to be awarded to a Singaporean residential building in 2011. He also initiated the planning of the Malaysia Vision Valley project and introduced Sime Darby Property’s inaugural Sustainability Bluepnnt. Dato’ Tunku Putra is also the founder of Putra Group of Companies, a leading property development company. Dato’ Tunku Putra Badlishah earned a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration and received his early education at Malay College Kuala Kangsar and Cheltenham College UK. He is a graduate of the Harvard Senior Management Development Program and the Creative Leadership Development Program from Disney University, Florida USA.
Head of Group Human Capital
Ridzuan Buasan leads JLG’s human capital strategy and organisational development, with a focus on strategic fit and people leadership to drive business growth within the real estate sector. He serves as catalyst and steward of the JLG culture, anchored on a future workplace mindset for the Group’s global identity.
His 22-year career is characterised by building organisations to operate with a competitive edge in the market. Ridzuan takes the helm at JLG to develop an engaged, equitable and inclusive JLG talent force that delivers transformational value to the business and culture of the Group.
Chief Strategy Officer
Muaz Abdul Shukor takes on the helm of Chief Strategy Officer in JLG, driving advanced analytics and digital transformation for the Group. His mandate is to arm JLG with a blueprint that will transform the Group’s future.
Leveraging his expertise in leading a strong and diverse portfolio in global and emerging markets, Muaz has honed his ability to translate deep insights into ground-breaking investments and innovation initiatives. His prior experience will set JLG and its people on a course to revolutionise their thinking and inculcate an organisational-wide culture of growth.
Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer at JLG, John Ng spearheads investments and commercial development that drive the Group’s expansion. He is also responsible for strategic partnerships and joint ventures that will create a complete ecosystem within the Group. Having amassed 35 years of expertise in the property and real estate industry, John has worked at every stage of the property and real estate development lifecycle in key leadership roles, where he was responsible for managing an integrated development portfolio of hospitality, residential and commercial properties.
John’s extensive track record in securing joint venture partnerships and investment funds allows him to identify growth opportunities and new income streams, rethinking and reshaping the landscape of the real estate industry.

Rozaini Mohd Sani holds the appointment of Chief Financial Officer of JCorp since 7 May 2020. Prior to JCorp, Rozaini held Non-Executive Directorships at Iskandar Waterfront and Kulim (M) Berhad, and was the Chief Operating Officer at E.A. Technique. He has also held the role of CFO at Astro Malaysia and PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad.
In 25 years, Rozaini has garnered a prominent reputation as an advisor, strategist and thought leader in the nation’s governance of corporate finance, including present and past directorship appointments and chief positions in oil and gas, media, property, plantation, healthcare, port and shipping industries.

Shamsul Anuar Abdul Majid was appointed as Chief Investment Officer of JCorp on 15 April 2021. His role includes navigating JCorp’s most complex portfolio of investments including REITs, healthcare, real estate and its publicly listed companies, turning them into the nation’s success story.
Shamsul held the position of General Manager at JCorp before assuming his current role as CIO. Prior to JCorp, he was Director and Partner to Fikiran Sepakat – a boutique consulting company, preceded by his role as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Feasibility at Iskandar Investment Berhad. He was also Vice President of Finance and Special Projects at Grenland Malaysia, Energy Sector Specialist for the Boston Consulting Group, and Planning Analyst at Shell.

Mohd Nordin Jamaludin commenced his tenure as Chief Corporate Services Officer of JCorp on 2 February 2020. He brings to JCorp vast experience spanning 30 years in corporate secretarialship, legal advisory, human capital management and internal audit.
His previous position as Executive Vice President at Iskandar Investment Berhad provided him with hands-on exposure to catalytic development projects.
Prior to that, he led Shell’s Corporate Secretarial Advisory Services team for all its 17 companies as Senior Legal Counsel & Company Secretary. Having held corporate leadership roles at multinational companies, Nordin’s forte lies in legal, ICT and innovation, Human Resource, and governance from the perspective of various practices in the ASEAN region.

As Deputy Chairman of JLG, Datuk Akmal Ahmad oversees JLG’s strategy, innovation and growth of the Group’s real estate and infrastructure portfolio. Within three decades of his career, Datuk Akmal moved through leadership ranks in the nation’s leading property and real estate conglomerates, bringing about a complete transformation in a myriad of sustainable developments.
Taking a purpose-driven approach, Datuk Akmal believes innovation must be intelligent and focused on growth with the nation’s communities at its heart. He exemplifies this belief by having a strategic eye for the new and the next to shape the future of real estate and infrastructure.

Datuk Syed Mohamed Syed Ibrahim took on the role of President and Chief Executive of JCorp on 9 January 2020. As JCorp’s chief visionary with 40 illustrious years of experience, Datuk Syed is well-suited to position JCorp as an industry thought leader. With his expertise in transformational leadership and organisational change, he is equipped to launch JCorp into the future by steering it as a digital-first, sustainable and inclusive venture builder.
Prior to JCorp, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Knowledge Economic City in Medina, Saudi Arabia, the President and CEO for Iskandar Investment Berhad, the Group Director at DRB-Hicom Berhad, and the CEO of TH Properties Sdn Bhd. Datuk Syed was also previously the Head of Corporate Planning at the Johor State Economic and Development Corporation (JSEDC) – the predecessor of JCorp, from 1989 to 1992.
